Associate Professor Rohan Teasdale’s research aims to identify and characterise new proteins of the endosomal system (a major membrane-sorting apparatus).

The trafficking pathways within this system are fundamental for key cellular processes.

However, numerous infectious pathogens exploit these pathways to invade the host.

He is studying molecular details of these pathways and how they respond to infection.
